This is dated 1968, but that's just when it was developed. It was probably taken a few years before that. Anyone know who the babies are?
Edited to add: Patty says Jeff is holding Annette. I wonder if I'm not holding Randy, and perhaps Teresa is holding Joyce?

Jeff is holding Annette..that is all I know... even though is say 68 that is Annette..

I'm thinking that Jeff is holding Lisa based on the date of birth. That baby is very small and she would have been not quite a month old. No on the Randy as well because he would have been closer to 2 and so he'd have been bigger than the baby Tammy's holding. All 3 babies would have been born that year and not too far apart. I'm thinking so because of their size.
